Ergonomics

Ergonomics

Ergonomics is about adapting the work environment and work techniques to people. When planning and carrying out the work, emphasis should be placed on preventing musculoskeletal disorders, and the individual conditions of the workers must be considered. The regulations of the Working Environment Act regarding the ergonomic work environment are intended to prevent workers from being exposed to adverse strains and injuries.
