Organizational and psychosocial work environment

Organizational and psychosocial work environment

Organizational work environment is about how the work is organized and arranged, and how the workplace is designed and furnished, for the work that the unit performs.

Psychosocial working conditions are first and foremost about the interpersonal conditions at the unit and about the form and content of these. The Working Environment Act's provision on the psychosocial working environment shall prevent employees from being exposed to various negative conditions of a psychosocial nature, and that the sum of various burdens must not be too great. As with all other matters, the law requires that the psychosocial work environment be fully sound.

Guidelines

  • Guideline for intoxication and addiction problems (during work)
