Internal awards for employees

NTNU has eight internal awards that will give recognition to employees who contribute to promoting NTNU's strategy «Knowledge for a better world». This page has an overview of the awards and how you can suggest award recipients.

Awards and strategy areas

Each of NTNU's strategy areas has one or more awards. They are as follows:

All award recipients will receive:

  • a diploma signed by the Rector
  • professional scholarship of NOK 50,000 (employee) and NOK 100,000 (group of staff)
  • Artwork to a value of approx. NOK 5000 by an artist with an NTNU affiliation

How to propose candidates for 2024

Proposals for award recipients must be put forward by at least three employees/students. Signature is not required. It is sufficient that the proposers are put on a copy when proposals are submitted by e-mail to the case manager for the price in question.
