The Internationalization Award 2022

Professor Rolee Aranya at the Department of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Architecture and Design, were awarded.

Purpose of the award

The award for internationalization is given an employee at NTNU who, through his scientific activities, teaching and / or research, has contributed to making NTNU internationally outstanding, by

  • making NTNU's name recognized through internationalization activities
  • carrying out in-demand and lasting educational offers with institutions in other countries
  • achieving broad recognition through international research collaboration

Criteria for receiving the award

The award can be given to employees who have contributed to international activities for a number of years, and to younger researchers as inspiration to further develop promising projects.

Internal awards for employees 2023

Propose candidates for the award for internationalization by 20 January 2023.

Proposals for award recipients are submitted by at least three employees / students. Check the description of each award for justification of proposals. Some awards have specific requirements as to documentation of results. No signatures are requires, but when you send in the proposal by email to the contact person for the award, we ask that you copy the proposers.

The awards ceremony takes place in Rådssalen, The Main Building at Gløshaugen 21 April 2023.

How to select recipients

Pro-Rector for Research will appoint a selection committee consisting of three members.
