About universal design of digital learning resources

The universal design of information and communication technology (ICT) solutions in education is very important for everyone to be able to carry out studies. The new Equality and Discrimination Act came into force on January 1, 2018, and from January 1., 2019, all new online solutions aimed at students must be universally designed, while existing online solutions aimed at students must be universally designed from 2021. The new law affects digital learning materials such as websites, e-learning platforms, documents, digital exams and apps.
