NTNU has high ambitions for its participation in EU's framework programmes. Establishing the NTNU Brussels Office is part of NTNU's efforts to increase its participation in the EU programme. Employees who are travelling to Brussels can find information and advice on this page.

Meeting rooms and workstations
NTNUs Brussels office is situated in Rue Guimard 9, close to DG RTD and the European Parliament. Meeting rooms can be reserved for meetings with many or few participants. Please make sure you are in dialogue with the Brussels Office before you plan meetings or events in the NTNU Brussels Office.
There is also working stations available for visitors coming from NTNU for shorter stays. If you are visiting Brussels we will be very happy to welcome you in the office, even if it is just for a coffee!

Meeting room 1: 25 person capacity, seated in an open circle (horseshoe). 35 persons in cinema format. Projector and Skype for Business equipment available in the room. The visitors must bring their own computer for presentations.
Meeting room 2: 10-12 person capacity. One screen available and Skype for Business equipment.
The two meeting rooms can be merged into one big meeting room with seats for 50 persons in a cinema format or 40 persons around tables.
