Grading: Who can be examiners?
Every semester we will set up a “grading team” for our exams. For courses with very few students, the course responsible may be the only grader.
An external examiner should not have been employed in a main position or auxiliary position at NTNU or not have been as a part time teacher, in the course during the semester. An external examiner should not have been employed at NTNU in the past year (also part time). We are not allowed to use scientific staff employed at Campus Ålesund and Gjøvik as external graders, onlyas internal. We are not allowed to use student assistants as examiners.
