Learning Safari

Norsk versjon: Læringssafari

Learning Safari aims to give educators new insight into and knowledge about topics that are important to them. The Learning Safari program has short sessions on topics such as new functions in educational tools, teaching methods, student inclusivity and learning as well as new learning arenas and educational technologies at NTNU.

The Section for Teaching and Learning Support instigated the programme. We collaborate with other departments such as the Disability Office, the Examinations Office and the library to curate a programme tailored to the hosting faculty or campus’s needs.. We also work with teachers who have experience with the selected topics. We also work with lecturers who have experience of the chosen topics at examples of good practice and to closely link the Learning Safari to the target audience

Host or take part in a Learning Safari

Would you like to host a Learning Safari at your faculty or campus? Contact the Section for Teaching and Learning Support for more information and to discuss ideas! Each Learning Safari needs about half a day so having one in conjunction with a faculty day or other whole department event is a good idea. We can organise the needed materials, facilities and rooms.

If you have an activity or information for educators you would like to showcase at a Learning Safari you can contact us at the Section for Teaching and Learning Support to discuss your contribution more.
