myPrint enables NTNU students and employees to print without installing additional printer software. This page explains how to use myPrint at NTNU.

What is myPrint?
myPrint is a service for students and employees, which allows printing from mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets) and other devices without an installed printer. All devices with a browser installed is able to print using myPrint.
To use myPrint, you have to be connected to NTNU's network in one of these ways:
- The device is connected to the wireless network Eduroam - or any other NTNU wireless network
- The device is connected to cabled NTNU network
- The device has NTNU VPN activated
How can I use myPrint?
You can use myPrint by logging on to the website https://myprint.ntnu.no and uploading the files you want to print.
Print from a web browser
- Start a browser on your device
- Navigate to https://myprint.ntnu.no
- Sign in with your NTNU username and password.
- Press the button Browse and choose the file you want to print og drag and drop the file.
- The default options are Black and White, 2-Sided (Duplex long egde), and Staple Off.
- You can change whether you want Color, One-sided, stapling in the top left and the number of copies.
- Under Advanced options, you can select other staple options, whether you want multiple pages on a sheet of paper, and select parts of a document.
- Press the button Print and the selected file will be printed.
- Go to your nearest Ricoh-printer with a cardreader and swipe your card for authentication.
- Choose Print Jobs from the display. (For Ricoh devices press the Follow-you-printing icon).
- Select the documents you want to print by marking them out.
- Press print on the panel.
