Equality and diversity should be considered in connection with other work. For instance, in working with the Work Environment Survey (ARK).

Work with diversity and equality, is now done by methods mandated by The activity duty and the duty to issue a statement (ARP) (in Norwegian). This means that the faculties and the Joint Administration, is to establish groups to map, analyse, realise, and evaluate efforts made to achieve NTNU's goals.
