Before you begin

NTNU has a data processor agreement with UiO regarding the use of TSD. Before you register a project room, you must contact Research Data @NTNU using the button below to obtain the agreement attachment that must accompany each project registration. This form must be signed by the department head and project leader, and must also be uploaded to the actual project registration.

When the attachment form is signed

Be prepared to provide information about the project when you register the project at UiO's registration site.

• You must log in with Bank-ID to start the registration process.
• You must document any REK-approval and/or Sikt-notification. The order form asks for both a reference number and a copy of the notification/documentation.
• You will be asked to fill in billing information. Ask the department who should be listed here (for example, project economist, office manager, etc.). Also check if they want you to enter an order number in the field for this.
• In the field for "Invoice marked with", write the relevant K-sted. Also write project number, if that applies.
• You do not need to write anything in the address field.
• UiO's processing time for creating a project room is up to 10 working days.
