About the software

When it comes to investigating an issue, answering a question or simply making sense of something, we often look to information to help us get there, and it’s rare that numeric or linear data will give you the full picture on its own. Qualitative or unstructured data can hold the key to richer insights and true research discovery.

NVivo is software that supports qualitative and mixed methods research. It’s designed to help you organize, analyze and find insights in unstructured, or qualitative data like interviews, open-ended survey responses, articles, social media and web content.

Key Features

  • Data Organization: Import and organize text, audio, video, images, and PDF files.
  • Coding: Tag and categorize data into themes or nodes for more in-depth analysis.
  • Search and Queries: Conduct advanced searches to identify patterns or trends.
  • Basic visualization: Create charts, maps, and models to illustrate relationships within the data.
  • Integration: Compatible with tools such as SPSS, EndNote, and social media platforms.

NVivo is particularly useful for researchers in social sciences, market research, and healthcare. For more information, please visit Alfasoft’s website.
