The COnstraints Based Reconstruction and Analysis (COBRA) is a comprehensive catalog of constraint-based methods and software packages. This contains detailed information for all methods that have been derived from Flux Balance Analysis, Elementary Flux Mode Analysis, and Extreme Pathway Analysis.

Free: Available to all students and employees.

Used by Faculty of Natural Sciences (Department of Biotechnology and Food Science)

Note that the program can only be used for academic work and not for commercial work.
