Winsteps is a software system for Multiple-Choice, Rating Scale and Partial Credit Rasch Analysis.

Free test version - MINISTEP - same as Winsteps but limited to 25 items and 75 persons/cases.

License information

Volume license: Access limited and needs-tested volume agreement for a Dept./Faculty. Available for Microsoft Windows.

Used by Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences (Department of Teacher Education).

Note that the program can only be used for academic work and not for commercial work.
