ConnectWise is an IT tool primarily for use with remote control. ConnectWise enables IT technicians to connect and work directly on remote PC's from their computers.

License information

Volume license: Available on Microsoft Windows, MacOS X, Linux and mobile devices.

Used by Orakeltjenesten (the support services) at NTNU for remote control of computers.

Note! NTNU IT's license of TeamViewer has been terminated, in favor of ConnectWise. There are still TeamViewer licenses at NTNU, but these are paid for by departments.
