Communication is an important tool for achieving the goals of your organization. For communication to function in this way, you need to know the concrete details of what you want to achieve or change and the best way to communicate so that you achieve the outcome you want. All major or long-term communication initiatives should be grounded in a communication plan.

This template lists the most important elements of a standard communication plan. Each point is described in detail, with examples, in the template document. Exercises / help for reflection are also suggested for each point.

If you create good and well-considered content for each point, you will end up with a solid communication plan that will be a valuable tool in the work to achieve the goals of the organization, unit or project.

The template works well for both larger and smaller communication initiatives.
