Software information

The reading and writing tool Lingdys/Lingright is designed to help people with dyslexia or other forms of reading and writing difficulties. The combination of spell checking, dictionaries, word completion, screen reader and artificial speech allows the program to provide comprehensive and effective help for both reading and writing.

English is the foreign language used by Norwegians, and we are expected to master this language both in writing and orally. Lingright is designed to help Norwegian speakers read and write English, both those who have reading and writing difficulties and those who feel unsure of English spelling. The combination of application features provides comprehensive and effective help for both reading and writing.

License information

Volume license: Lingdys/Lingright is available for Windows and Mac.  The program may be used on all exam PCs, but must be uninstalled after exam.

Used by Academic Administrative Division (Examinations Office).

Note that the program can only be used for academic work and not for commercial work.
