Frequently asked questions

NTNU Help – Exchange

Do not include sensitive personal data – such inquiries will be deleted. Instead, ask one of our staff members to call you.

All communication must go through official service channels. Messages sent to staff via private phone number, social media, etc., will not be answered.

All questions related to course selection, pre-approval, and academic planning must be directed to your student advisor at your study programme, department, or faculty. Remember that course selections can be changed before and during the exchange.

Group guidance, information sessions, and university visits

NTNU regularly offers general information sessions on exchange and group guidance focused on specific countries and institutions. Partner institutions may also host info sessions.
