Faculty Board Elections for the term 1 August 2025 - 31 July 2029

Election for the Faculty Board will take place May 19-21, 2025.

The following board members will be up for election:

• 3 members and 3 deputy members representing the group permanent academic staff (for 4 years)
• 1 member and 1 deputy member representing the group of temporary academic staff ( PhD, post.doc etc.) (for 1 year only)
• 1 member and 1 deputy member representing the group of technical-administrative staff (for 4 years)

Elections for the Department Boards / involvement body for the period of 2025-2029

Election of members for the Department Boards / involvement bodies of the department will take place June 11-13, 2025.

Department Board (IFY, IMA): The following board members will be up for election:

• 3 members and 3 deputy members representing the group permanent academic staff (for 4 years)
• 1 member and 1 deputy member representing the group of temporary academic staff (PhD, post.doc etc.) (for 1 year only)
• 1 member and 1 deputy member representing the group of technical-administrative staff (for 4 years)

Extended management team (IKP, IBT, IBI, IBA): The following board members will be up for election:

• 2 members and 2 deputy members representing the group permanent academic staff (for 4 years)
• 1 member and 1 deputy member representing the group of temporary academic staff (PhD, post.doc etc.) (for 1 year only)
• 1 member and 1 deputy member representing the group of technical-administrative staff (for 4 years)

NB: IKJ and IBF have postponed elections for their involvement bodies while the merger process is ongoing. Election dates for these departments will be determined later.
