Norsk versjon - Koble til eduroam fra mobiltelefon og nettbrett

Connecting to eduroam requires that you are connected to a network, such as cable, mobile network or guest network ntnuguest.

Note: If you are asked to approve a certificate while you are connecting to eduroam, you should cancel the connection and start over.

This is how you do it:

1. Download and start the app «Geteduroam»
   • Download via App Store for iPhone
   • Download via Play Store/Play Butikk for Android
2. Search for NTNU and select “Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)» and then select «Neste».
3. Log in with username@ntnu.no and password and select «Connect to network»
   • If the app says: «geteduroam wants to save a network to your phone», select «Save»
   • If the app says: «Do you want to connect geteduroam to the eduroam Wifi network», select «Connect»
4. If you have used NTNU's guest network to download settings for eduroam, delete the connection to the network ntnuguest when the eduroam connection works.
5. The process is completed
