NB! All inquiries must go via official contact channels. It is not allowed, nor acceptable, to contact staff via their private numbers, social media etc. Such contact attempts will not be answered.

Group gudiance sessions, information meetings and partner visits
The Unit for international relations regularly offers information meetings for all students, or group guidance sessions about exchange to specific countries or institutions. Sometimes, partner institutions from abroad comes to visit NTNU, and holds information meetings for all NTNU students interested in exchanging to that country or institution. Such events are announced beforehand via the news channel Utveksling og studier i utlandet on Innsida, and you can see an overview of coming information meetings and events on the main page about outbound exchange.

Recording of info meeting about exchange in the 2025 autumn semester
On Wednesday December 11, the Unit for international relations arranged an open digital information meeting about exchange in the 2025 autumn semester. The meeting was held in Norwegian.
The meeting covered all the basic information and procedures needed to apply for, and go on, exchange abroad. All Norwegian-speaking students who are considering to go on exchange in the 2025 autumn semester are advised to watch the recording of the meeting.
Questions and answers from Q&A sessions about exchange
On January 14 and 20, the UIR held open Q&A sessions via Zoom, where students could ask UIR advisors questions about exchange and the application process. Below, you can read the questions that were asked and the answers that were given (primarily in Norwegian).
