HjemJobbHJem For Employees at NTNU in Trondheim

HjemJobbHjem is a collaboration between Miljøpakken and AtB, and NTNU has now entered into an agreement to take part in this programme. The agreement comes into effect on 7 April 2026 and lasts until 7 April 2027. This content is for employees in Trondheim.

Norsk versjon: HjemJobbHjem for ansatte ved NTNU i Trondheim

NOTE: All benefits are personal, and some require you to log in to access them.

Links to e-bike loans, discounts on electric bicycles, and city bike rental will be published on 7 April 2026.

From 7 April, NTNU is part of HjemJobbHjem! For one year, we will explore alternatives to commuting by car.

You may discover that an active commute saves time in a busy everyday life — or that taking the bus can save money.

By leaving your car at home, you help cut emissions, make the local environment safer for pedestrians and cyclists, and do something positive for your health.

Throughout the next year, you will receive motivating offers that make it easier to leave the car at home when travelling to and from work.

We hope you will join us on this journey and challenge old habits together with us. Changing habits is difficult, and perhaps HomeJobHome can be the tool that makes it a little easier for you.

We look forward to getting started!

Kind regards,

The HjemJobbHjem Team

To access the HomeJobHome ticket, you must register using a consent form at NTNU, where you agree that AtB may access the following information:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Country code (for your phone number)
  • Your mobile number
  • Department (faculty or administrative unit)

NTNU also requires that you provide your employee number in the form.

This is necessary to verify that you remain employed at NTNU throughout the membership year.

This happens once a month.

How the HomeJobHome Ticket Works

The ticket is valid in the entire Zone A and functions as a standard period ticket purchased via the AtB app.

When you have registered with the consent form on NTNU’s intranet, you will receive an SMS from AtB with information:

HjemJobbHjem Aktiv

HjemJobbHjem are now launching the activity campaign HjemJobbHjem Aktiv Friday 24 April 2026.

This means that all employees will receive an invitation to register, and we will form teams at each institute/department, where team members can support and encourage one another. We use the Avantas Aktiv app to record all physical activity, with a particular focus on commuting to and from work by bus, on foot or by bicycle.

The project will be organised so that the manager or HR representative at each department, faculty and division is contacted to agree on the next steps.

Further information on how each individual employee can get started will also be provided via the department/faculty/division to which they belong.
